True Found Wellness

Your Health

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic wellness service exploring the client's history, symptoms and health concerns to generate recommendations customized to meet their wellness goals.  Nutritional Therapy is unique in that it identifies weaknesses in the systems, organs and/or glands of the body – symptoms can resolve depending on the length and severity of your situation and your motivation to apply needed changes.  Our bodies were created to detoxify and heal as a daily part of life, but in today's world it is so easy for the body to become out of balance leading to Dis-Ease.  The ongoing process includes followups as your body makes changes in your personalized healing process while the body attains true balance. Your progress is tracked and your recommendations are “tweaked” especially for you. So if you're healthy – AWESOME! Nutritional Therapy assists you in staying that way for the future... but if you currently have issues and you are motivated to change, let's partner to optimize your health.

Please don't take chances with your health.  A wellness plan that's easy to understand and follow through on is key to good health all through your life.  Make Nutritional Therapy a cornerstone of that plan, and you're well on your way to living a life that's as active and healthy as possible.

Looking back, I can honestly say I've personally been challenged in my own health since childhood but the root sources were not known. During my very successful career as a Registered Nurse (Oncology, Cardiac Intensive Care, and Administration in Nursing and Care Management), I became “incurably” disabled with Fibromyalgia in 1998 – I lived from the bed to the couch in extreme pain, had poor short and long term memory and couldn't even write a grocery list. (Heavy Metal Poisoning in five metals was diagnosed several years later.) As my doctor said, “This illness won't kill you, but you'll want to die,” and though he was right initially, I didn't blindly accept this fate and never gave up looking for the ways to decrease my suffering nor stop in the journey of finding true health. Because of this relentless passion, major keys were found along the way, but when introduced to the Nutritional Therapy Association, their philosophy resonated with what I had already found. The NTA trains doctors, other healthcare professionals and laypeople regarding the true-found keys to wellness and the tools of assessment that reach the root of foundational imbalance – I love this as it helps fulfill one of my primary goals in life, because it's not just about me in my life's journey... A lot of people suffer and if help is available, I want to share it with them, using all my medical knowledge and experience!!
